Our family started to make sausages in 1994, from our own sources, with a close group of friends, from which our first family workshop was born not long after.

Sustainable sausage manufactory from a family workshop
Over the years, the current Manufactory has grown out of the workshop, where we already produce the same high-quality sausages and salamis on a larger scale.
We are constantly experimenting with new products, new ingredients, new spices, but we never change one thing: the tradition.
This is the Tradition remixed!

The dress of sausages
In addition to expanding our portfolio, we are consciously reforming our “wardrobe”, with our new anthracite decomposing packaging. We don’t leave trash, we just leave the flavours behind.

We are on fire!
We come up with a completely new product so that everyone has something to grill on summer too! We launch our grill sausages, which can be found in all four product families, Original, Optimal, Organic and Orbital.

Among the highest quality gastronomic innovations, our sausages are also presented at the premium SIRHA international food trade fair.

Our sausages and salamis show themselves for the first time at an international trade fair, Green Week in Berlin. We are among the food specialties of more than 80 countries, where almost 400.000 visitors can taste the refilled Hungarian tradition.

The traditional, the light and the natural
We are proudly present our first three product families, the 3 O’s: the Original, in which decades of tradition are revived, the light and brutal healthy Optimal and the naturally perfect, green-spiced Organic.
