Our family started to make sausages in 1994, from our own sources, with a close group of friends, from which our first family workshop was born not long after.

Over the years, the current Manufactory has grown out of the workshop, where we already produce the same high-quality sausages and salamis on a larger scale.
We are constantly experimenting with new products, new ingredients, new spices, but we never change one thing: the tradition.
